This is Bash, the ultimate head-strong superstar of the dinosaur world!
Get ready for a lively, larger-than-life animatronic dinosaur who brings energy, mischief and a whole lot of prehistoric fun wherever he goes. Bash is no ordinary walkabout, he’s playful, full of character, and guaranteed to get people smiling (and stepping slightly out of the way… just in case!).
Famous for his distinctive domed head and spiky crown, Bash has earned his name thanks to his favourite trick – a light-hearted head bump. It’s all part of his personality, though, and he’s much more about fun than fuss. Expect cheeky interactions, curious behaviour and plenty of laugh-out-loud moments.
Dating back to the Late Cretaceous period, the Pachycephalosaurus, which rather amusingly translates to ‘thick-headed lizard’, is believed to have used its sturdy skull for everything from settling rivalries to showing off. Bash embraces this history with pride… and just a hint of attitude.
Our full-size animatronic version is impressively realistic, with moving limbs, blinking eyes, expressive head movements and authentic sound effects. He’s constantly engaging with guests, reacting to his surroundings and creating a wonderfully interactive experience.
Children are instantly drawn to his bold appearance and playful personality, and he’s always ready to strike a pose for photos, usually with a “try me!” expression that has everyone laughing.
Bash the Pachycephalosaurus was an absolute game-changer for our event. We booked him to help drive footfall and create a bit of excitement… and he did that and then some!
From the moment he appeared, people were instantly drawn in. Crowds gathered, families followed him around the space, and there was a real buzz that lasted throughout the day. We saw a noticeable increase in visitors staying longer, exploring more, and really engaging with the event as a whole.
What really stood out was the interaction. Children were fascinated (and very brave!), and adults were just as entertained, with plenty of laughter and phones out capturing the moment.
It created exactly what we wanted, a memorable experience for the local community and a fantastic atmosphere across the entire event. We’ve had brilliant feedback since, and Bash has definitely set the bar high. We wouldn’t hesitate to bring him back again.

We saw Bash at a local event and my kids absolutely loved him! Even now, we’re still being told about “the dinosaur with the bonky head”! The show really made the whole day for us as a family.
